Breakfast Pizzas Recipe

Everyone gets their own perfectly-sized individual breakfast pizza using the 15cm Wilton Easy Layers! tin Set.  Breakfast, dinner, lunch, or whenever you want to serve up something hearty for the day.

For the Pizza Dough

  • 375g plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 7g dried active baking yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 225ml warm water (45 C)

For the topping

  • Small jar of Pesto
  • 5 eggs
  • 100g grated cheese
  • 5 sausages or sliced ham

Preheat oven to 200°C. Prepare Easy Layers Tin Set with Bake Easy Spray or Vegetable Oil spray.

Make your pizza dough by combining flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl. Mix in oil and warm water.

Cut your dough into 5 even portions

Press into pans, pinching any seams shut with fingers.

Spread pesto paste over dough and top with sausage and 50g of cheese.

Crack 1 egg in the centre of each pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake for 12 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 50g cheese and bake 3-4 minutes or until egg white is completely opaque and egg yolk is cooked as desired.

Makes about 5 servings.
