This competition is open to all UK-residents, excluding Wilton employees, their agents, families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

Not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Inc. (“Facebook”), Instagram, LLC (“Instagram”), or Twitter, Inc. (“Twitter”).

Selected winners will be asked to provide confirmation of their age. Winners must be 18 years of age or above or be able to provide contact details of a parent or guardian who is able to provide consent. If consent is not given by a parent or guardian a new winner will be selected.

Entries will be accepted until midnight on the closing date stated.

To be entered into the competition, you must follow the instructions provided via Wilton’s official social media pages and the information detailed within these pages.

How to Enter: 
The competition begins at approximately 10:00 a.m. on 13th March 2018 and ends at 10:00 a.m. 27th March 2018: To enter:

Take a photograph of a baking project you created and then, during the competition period, log into one or more of your social media accounts below and post or tweet the photograph with a brief caption describing your project and the hashtags #BakeYourWorldHappy and #WiltonUKcompetition (“Required Tags”), as follows:

  1. Facebook. In one post on Wilton Cake Decorating UK Page, include a photograph, caption, and Required Tags.
  2. Instagram. In one post, include a photograph, caption, and Required Tags.
  3. Twitter. In one tweet, include a photograph, caption, and Required Tags.

Your photograph or caption should not include an identifiable person unless either:  the person is an adult and you have the person’s permission or the person is your minor child or ward and you grant permission on his or her behalf.

Please note:

  • Adding Required Tags to a photograph previously posted will void the entry.
  • Each entry must include only the photograph, caption, and Required Tags specified above 
  • Any other content is prohibited and will void the entry.
  • Note: If your account settings are private or limited, Wilton may not receive your entry.
  • Your post/tweet must remain visible to Wilton until prizes are awarded.
  • Wilton is not responsible for errors in posts/tweets or other issues that affect its ability to identify eligible entries.
  • You need not follow Wilton on any social media platform, but must be able to receive messages, replies to or comments on your post/tweet, direct posts or messages, or other communications from Wilton through the applicable social media platform.

By entering, you grant Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Wilton the right to use and publish your entry in any media (including on the Wilton website). You waive and release Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Wilton from any claims, including based on “moral rights”, related to use of your entry as permitted under these Competition Rules.

Wilton is not responsible for changes to any social media platform (or website or mobile application offered as part of a platform) that interfere with the competition or your ability to timely enter or participate.

Only one entry per platform per person will be allowed.

Third party, electronic and bulk entries will not be accepted.

One winner will be chosen at random by Wilton, from all the valid entries received. Wilton’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

There is no cash alternative or choice of alternative prize to that stated (Bundle of Wilton products - RRP value approx £100).

By entering the competition, you agree to release, and hold unaccountable, Wilton, their employees, officers, affiliates, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies from liability for any damages, injuries, claims, causes of actions, or losses of any kind arising in whole or in part from this competition, unless the prize provider is deemed to be negligent.

Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Wilton, and accordingly, Wilton may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Wilton as a result thereof.

The winners' names and counties will be available on request by sending your details to Wilton

The winners will when requested to take part in publicity.

All participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for personal reference.

Wilton reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted on this website and such posting shall be adequate notice to all participants.
