These yummy treats are super easy to make and delicious to eat.

Step 1

Prepare meringue batter.

  • Prepare Marvellous Meringue Mix batter following recipe instructions.
  • Prepare a piping bag with Wilton tip number 12.

Step 2

Pipe your Ghouls.

  • Prepare your baking tray with either a silicon mat or parchment paper.
  • Pipe Ghouls by holding the bag directly at 90 degrees to the tray (straight up) and just pressing to pipe.
  • Once you have the size ghoul you are after take off the pressure and gently release, this will give you the nice ghost top.
  • Decorate the ghouls with Wilton edible eyes.

Step 3


  • Bake as per recipe instructions; usually about 50 minutes at 110C.
  • Once baked, turn off the oven, but do not open the oven door (to prevent any cracking) and allow to cool thoroughly before removing.
