Healthy ‘One Bowl Wonder’ Banana And Fudgy Chocolate Squares

Healthy ‘One Bowl Wonder’ Banana And Fudgy Chocolate Squares

Ok, so maybe the chocolate chunks aren’t quite so healthy. But pretty much everything else in these little cakes are - and you can always leave out the cheeky chocolate!

The mashed banana in these cakes give a lovely fudgy consistency and mean that very little added sugar is needed.

For a dairy free option, omit the chocolate chunks or use a dairy free alternative. And for gluten free option, use an alternative gluten free flour or an equal mix of rice and potato flours.

If these are a little big for your little ones, why not cut them in half?

Can also be frozen for up to one month
